Pow! Deadshot

Theme / Keywords / Teammates
Lots of Suicide Squad teammates to chose from. If you need a little support and don't trust Deadshot's [12] attack value, you can hedge that bet with Fiddler from the Flash HeroClix:

Fiddler HeroClix

Remember though, you need some brawling tanks to keep them distracted while Deadshot does his business. From Trinity War, and nice cheap option would be Copperhead to keep them busy:

Cost
At 100 points it's tough to not like Deadshot, especially considering his Ranged versatility.

On a 300 Point Team
He's just perfect on a 300 point team, with lots of friendly options for teammates. You've got plenty of room for a tentpole figure or a balanced team.

On a  400+ Point Team
Still excellent, but I'd argue that he's less useful at 400+ point games. You'd really need to push him and be ready to move him around due to all high point figures you'll see.

Final Rating:  A+

Perfect at 100 points - he's got a [12] attack on the first click with a potential range of 12 (or 13 if you can get perplex in there).

Edit: Note that Deadshot can hold his own very well in melee too. Why? Because he's a sharpshooter, which lets him use his Ranged Combat Expert against adjacent opponents (or Energy Explosion if you're feeling crazy). And as I mentioned, Precision Strike is a good insurance late in the dial too.

On pros you have a questionable statement. You state his range is a little low, but a 7 base Range is a little higher than the norm lately, especially for modern (since that's the age you mentioned in the beginning. The average range seems to cap at 6, and anyone above 7 is typically someone deserving of it like Deadshot here.

Maybe consider adding a "Themed Team Building" section in which you can highlight some of the combos you can execute with his allies. This could highlight some cool "themed" tricks like making him Harley's Puddin', having Mirror Master carry him in position with PC for the assist (this will allow Deadshot to dump his RCE into damage), or pairing him up with Waller on the team to bring several more maniacal combos into the fold.

All in all, I like these kinds of articles as they inspire me to build some great teams. Thanks for posting!
